Please see the CPD flyer in this week's circular for the booking form for the 2007 Barnet Deputy and Assistant Headteachers' residential conference which is being held at The Sandbanks Hotel in Poole, Dorset between 21st and 23rd March 2007. This conference has been planned in the light of a wide range of feedback following previous events. This year the conference is open to Nursery, Primary, and Primary Special Deputy and Assistant Headteachers.

The theme of the conference, 'Leading High Quality Learning - Going Beyond Good!', is to capitalize on a range of Leadership Development activities which have involved Barnet Deputy and Assistant Headteachers in recent years. The programme will emphasise issues central to the further development of excellent education in Barnet schools.

There are excellent speakers to address these issues and there will be ample opportunity for colleagues to meet informally.

The cost of the conference will be £375 for delegates who are fully resident, £150 for non-residents attending the whole conference, and £75 per delegate for any day or part of a day. Once a booking has been made, the cost is fully chargeable to your school as the hotel must have a confirmed booking this term to secure rooms.

The Conference is being held at:
